How many bartenders do we need?

We recommend (2) bartenders per every (75) people 

Are you licensed and Insured?

About Town Bartending is both ABC licensed and insured. Some venues may require additional general and/or liquor liability insurance and we can provide that for an additional fee.

All our bartenders are currently bartending at established restaurants or bars or have been to an accredited bartending course. Also every bartender carries a California (TIPS) Certification which teaches the cautions and hazards of alcohol consumption.

Do we need a deposit to hold a date?

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500 to secure your event date.

What does the bartender bring?

Bartenders are supplied all the tools and equipment they need to bartend. Kit includes such items as speed pours, shakers, bottle openers, spill mats, ice bin, etc. They also bring and are responsible for all the alcohol depending on which bar package is selected.

Service Charge, Host Gratuity and Tip Jar

Service Charge – This money does not go to the bartenders and covers the costs of daily operations

Host Gratuity – An automatic gratuity of $1 per person is added to every contract

Tip Jar-  Each bartender is allowed to put a Tip Jar unless otherwise specified by the host
